- Daily inspection of the grounds - Fueling when needed - Answer phone calls and emails - General Administrative tasks - Enter fuel and rents into Computer system after completing the tasks - Daily cash and check reconciliation / batch closeout - Tracking fuel usage and rent payments receivables - Keep space clean and tidy - Maintain supplies inventory and equipment Job Types:
